We all should continue to fight, escalate to court until a refund is issue. Why couldn't the original team honor the refund after they received what was asked from me and the venue? I have sent numerous emails that the manager is cc'd on with no success. I'm told via chat it is escalated to their "Live Team".
Groupon responded quickly when telling you you can't get a refund, but even after I provided what they requested from me regarding the show and payment used and information from the venue, which was confirmation that they are permanently closed with no postpone date, groupon is not responding. It was a task getting the manager to communicate what was required by groupon, but finally he did only to be stalled again by Groupon. When I spoke with the manage at the venue, not only did he cc'd me on email to groupon that the facilities were permanently closed and no postpone date, he said they sent Groupon this correspondence back in March.
